Cold-rolled steel is produced using hot-rolled bar as raw material. This is processed by pickling, cold-rolling, cleaning, annealing, tempering and final finishing. Cold rolled steel is usually thinner and has higher dimensional accuracy, better flatness and excellent machinability with a fine, smooth and glossy, aesthetically pleasing surface. Therefore, it is broadly used for the outer parts of automobiles, electrical appliances, computers, furniture, office appliances, building materials, containers, decorations, etc.

Cold-rolled steels include: general grade, stamping grade, deep and ultra-deep stamping grades, hard steel, guide-way steel, high strength steel, medium and high carbon steel, etc.
